All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are just that—estimates. While we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Regitman is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Regitman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will do our best to assist you in the process where possible.
